The Mupamadzi Safari, Robin Pope Safaris, Zambia

The Mupamadzi Walking Safari combines Nkwali and Nsefu camps with the remote Luwi Bush Camp for two nights and "Camp 3" on the Mupamadzi River for three nights.

This safari is a minimum of 9 nights duration (12 nights recommended) and includes five nights on the actual walking safari.

The en-suite reed thatch huts at Luwi Bush Camp are set under a grove of Mahogany trees. Nearby Luwi Lagoon is home to the Park's largest population of hippo found away from the main river.

The safari then moves on to Camp 3 where the "mobile" camp acts as the base for 3 nights.

The safari ends at Nsefu for the last two nights.

Bush accommodation on the Mupamadzi Safari is similar to the mobile-walking safari.
